About Us
Portus was founded in 2003 with the commitment to build an Employee Benefit Consultancy that provides an outstanding level of advice at exceptional value for money. Portus takes an unusually hands-on and individualised approach, whether creating new employee benefit solutions or improving existing ones.
In 2010 we took our knowledge of online flexible benefits and reward and developed an affiliated business, Portus Online, to focus on those areas. To find out more visit Portus Online.
Our Approach
At Portus we focus on your needs. We ensure we understand where your company is today and where you want to be next year and in five years’ time. The solutions we provide are centred on your key business and people management issues. This, linked with our in-depth market knowledge and buying power, lets us present you with options that might not be considered by other consultants.
We can help satisfy your requirements for everything from Flexible Benefits and Pensions to Group Risk, Healthcare and Absence Management / Wellbeing. We will also work closely with you to ensure the benefits you offer are communicated effectively to your employees. Because the package is only working when people know what they’re getting!
Our Clients
Our approach has resulted in Portus becoming a multi award-winning Employee Benefit Consultancy with a client base to be proud of. We work with over 150 corporate clients ranging from medium sized enterprises to global multinationals. We have particular expertise in the legal and pharmaceutical sectors.
We are delighted that most of our new business comes from recommendations.
