Stuart Gray
CEO
Stuart founded Portus in September 2003. He is focused on strategy, new ventures, business development and consultancy to a small number of clients. He has wide experience in handling complex arrangements, including design and implementation of both fixed and flexible benefit programmes.
Dave Middleton
Managing Director
Dave was appointed as Managing Director in 2010. In his role as MD, Dave has overall responsibility for the day to day management of the business and quality standards.
Jonathan Bruce
Sales Director, Portus Online
Jonathan joined Portus in 2010 to develop and launch its affiliate business, Portus Online. He is passionate about helping clients optimise their position in their particular market with their most important asset – their people.
Sue Gregory
Marketing Director
Sue has worked as part of Stuart Gray’s original team since 1999. Sue heads up the marketing team promoting Portus to clients, new business prospects, and professional associations.
Bill Marsh
Consultant Financial Director
Bill joined the Portus team in 2003 and has played a major role in establishing a management accounting system that has proven robust in handling the steady growth in Portus’s client base.
Tracey Pickering
Client Services Manager
Tracey has been with Portus since its inception in September 2003. She has been in Financial Services for over 15 years.
David Dolding
Director of Consulting
David joined Portus as Director of Consulting in April 2012. He has considerable experience of understanding the needs of clients and providing effective solutions across the areas of health, risk and wellbeing, including international benefits and multinational pooling.
