Bill joined the Portus team in 2003 and has played a major role in establishing a management accounting system that has proven robust in handling the steady growth in Portus’s client base.

Bill, through his many years experience in financial management, within public companies and management consultancy, brings a broad range of financial expertise to the Portus management team. Bill works closely with the Managing Director, Stuart Gray, and other Board members on working capital management and forward planning.

Bill’s background is predominantly automotive and engineering finance, but in his early days worked as a management accountant within the retail sector of two FTSE 100 companies.

Bill lives near Kenilworth, is married and has a son and a daughter. He has a keen interest in both golf and tennis and likes to visit exotic destinations whenever the opportunity presents itself.
