Sales Director, Portus Online
Jonathan joined Portus in 2010 to develop and launch its affiliate business, Portus Online. He is passionate about helping clients optimise their position in their particular market with their most important asset – their people.
Jonathan specialises in benefit strategy, employee research, creative online reward communication, flexible benefits, voluntary benefits and reward programmes. He seeks to help clients create modern and engaging reward and benefit solutions to meet the lifestyle needs of employees and deliver an effective return on investment.
Previously Jonathan spent more than 12 years in financial services, managing sales and marketing teams, before joining a startup technology business where he stayed for over four years. During this time, with a focus on sales and business development, and in excess of 200 client installations, the business turned into a leading supplier of reward communication and flexible benefits software in the UK.
Part of Jonathan’s role is strategic thinking: seeing the bigger picture and helping clients understand where they are and where they want to get to. He has a flexible approach to strategic business partnerships and creating cost-effective client solutions.
Jonathan lives in Surrey and outside of work he enjoys most sports and keeping fit enough to maintain a single figure golf handicap.
