Key HR, benefit and reward challenges facing US firms in the UK

In August and September I will be in the US with fellow Director David Dolding where we will be holding HR, Benefit & Reward Strategy Roundtable & lunch events in three cities. These are designed to review the key HR, benefit & reward challenges facing US firms in the UK.

54% of US law firms with London offices use Portus as their adviser, and we also work with a large number of US headquartered clients with UK operations. 

The interactive sessions for senior benefit, HR and administration professionals will provide a rare opportunity to not only brainstorm the current key HR, benefit & reward challenges facing US law firms and businesses in the UK, but also address wider benefits strategies. We will also be organising face to face meetings to discuss these issues on a 1:1 basis.

We held similar events in both Chicago and New York during October last year; they were very well attended and the feedback was that the discussions provided a lot of value to those who took part. We are really looking forward to running these again this year and would be delighted to connect with firms that are interested in attending.

A working lunch will be provided for all sessions. These roundtables will cover (as well as any additional topics attendees wish to discuss):

As a thank you for participating, we will provide an executive summary benchmarking report to each attendee, covering the trends, differences and similarities within the US firms and businesses in the UK around their benefits packages. A copy of the roundtable discussion notes will also be provided.
