Client Support Administrator
As part of the Online Team, I help to look after our clients with online benefits and pensions sites that we administer for them.
Day to day I’m processing data and payroll reports and helping with any queries clients may have. I also provide support with ad hoc reports and site content as and when needed.
I’ve been with Portus for just under a year now, and this is the most rewarding role I’ve had in my career so far. I enjoy interacting with the clients, and I also like that there is a problem solving aspect to my role. I can investigate challenges, identify anything out of the ordinary, and get a good resolution.

I've been with Portus since September 2010. My role as Benefits Coordinator involves working closely with our clients and building relationships with them, which I greatly enjoy.

As a Benefits Coordinator, I take care of healthcare schemes like private medical insurance, dental cover and travel policies for our corporate clients.
I’ve been part of the team here at Portus for three years, and in that time I’ve developed really good relationships with clients. I get a lot of satisfaction from taking care of their queries and making sure their benefits run smoothly.
Having the freedom to manage my own workload is something I really value about working here. Portus supports this with flexible working hours, and we can take days to work from home when needed. Senior Client Relationship Manager
I look after clients’ high level needs, supporting them through benefit set-up, pensions governance and the reporting that helps them make decisions around their benefit structure. I specialise in pensions and often run workshops for clients’ employees to help them get the most out of their retirement saving.
It’s been 7 years since I joined Portus, and in that time I’ve really come to appreciate the trust the Directors place in us and our ability to deliver excellent service. I have the freedom to manage my workload in a way that minimises delays for the clients and makes sure we deliver what they need. There’s a strong sense of belonging; every employee knows they bring value to the wider Portus team.
We have an excellent range of employee benefits and we even get an extra day off on our birthday! There’s also great communication across Portus, with regular briefing sessions so we’re kept up to date on how the business is doing and its future direction.

Business Development Executive
My role is to build relationships with HR professionals with a view to understanding their employee benefits needs and developing new opportunities for us to work with them. It's a challenge, but I do love a challenge! I really enjoy speaking with so many different people every day.

Head of Engineering
I lead the Engineering team and oversee the support functions that we run for our clients. My role involves working closely with Staffcare (our technology partner) to implement new products and upgrades, and make sure that everything is thoroughly tested before release.
I've been with Portus since January 2010, and I enjoy the challenges that working with technology brings - considering, understanding, implementing and testing new products and features, helping other members of the team solve issues and seeing them relish in their development.
